It'll rain from the skies
When it rains from our eyes
We've been burying,
Carrying
The waters inside
Now the carrion birds
Smell the death of the herd
That's been grazing
On raisins
From an Earth that's too dry
Let us light a new fire
To melt down this ice
We've got puddles
Of cuddles
And love by our side
You know it's true what we're told
As above, so below
Mother, hold me
Enfold me
And let the storm waters blow
Let the high thunders shout
As within, so without
Father, lengthen me
Strengthen me
To put an end to this drought
It'll rain from the skies
When it rains from our eyes
No more burying,
Carrying
Let the fresh waters rise
