Sometimes, in order to create, we must first destroy. Are there patterns of past partnership that have plagued your playbook? Hand-on-heart, I must admit I have a couple of pages in mine that the bonfire now desires. As it tends to happen when we stay tuned to the subtleties, the call of my coming correction was confirmed by a shining synchronicity this morning. First, I drew number 24 from the Gene Keys cards my Secret Valentine gifted me at the OneDoorLand heart concert last weekend. 24 is the day of my October birth and, in the Gene Keys, it paves the path from the shadow of Addiction through the gift of Invention to the siddhi of Silence. During my contemplation of that 24th Key, a friend sent me a statement about The Lover Archetype of the Divine Masculine in which Moore and Gillette suggest "The Addicted Lover" is one of many available shadow states. This addiction is one I choose to pursue and purge during the months of these Venus-Mars Conjunctions, as it indeed is perhaps the most prevalent pattern that has plagued my partnership playbook in the past. So, I've decided to display my devotion to its dismissal by donning my hologram helmet and singing this oldie from the Low Budget Astronaut collection of heartache hymns. May this Invention carry me from Addiction to Silence.
P.S. - The art in the background of this video is from visionary painter Eric Nez's 21st Century Family, my favorite image of our release from the cycle of Patriarchy-Matriarchy-Patriarchy-Matriarchy-... as we now give birth to the coming Age of the Child.
Love and Planets,
Gemini Brett
I'm falling in love
With falling in love again
I read the notes that we wrote
Again and again and again
It's embarrassing
When will I ever learn
It's not cool to lose myself?
I'm falling for the joke
Of falling for jokes again
I built a house out of hope
Watched it burn down in smoke
I'm choking
She quit smoking
But I'm the one choking
And I keep choking
I'm falling in love with falling in love again
I keep falling in love with falling in love again
Because I'm the Fall Guy
Baby, I'm the Fall Guy
Well, I could fall for a rock
She doesn't even have to talk
I could talk enough for both of us
And I could fall for a clock
She could tick, I could tock
I'm like a toddler
Falling every time I try to walk
When will I learn the truth?
You gotta crawl before you walk before you run
I'm running my mouth and following you around
It's true what comes up must go down
And I'm a bullet from a sunward gun
I got a hunch you need a fall guy for a stunt
Dress me in a clown suit
Shoot me from a cannon at a wall
And watch me fall
Baby, I'm the Fall Guy
You can watch me fall
Baby, I'm the Fall Guy
I'm falling in love with falling in love again
I keep falling in love with falling in love again
I'm falling for the following of following you around
I guess I'm falling in love with falling down
I'm falling down
I'm falling in love with falling in love with falling in love
